Terms of Service

- I can accept or deny your request at my discretion
- Commissions are for Personal Use Only and are not meant for commercial purposes. No NFTs, AI training, or mass production

Payment

- Prices are in USD
- There may be additional upcharges due to extra details, these will be agreed upon before the commission is accepted
- Payments are done by Paypal Invoice
- The invoice will be sent after the commission idea is approved by the client and must be paid in full before work continues

Cancellations

- Cancellations are only available before or during the sketching phase. Once I begin inking, there are no refunds
- If a commission is cancelled after sketching has begun, you will only receive a 50% refund
- If I need to cancel an in-progress commission due to something on my end, the client will receive a full refund

Revisions

- If you're not good at describing what you want, I can work from rough sketches or other images to suggest pose ideas
- The sketch can be revised up to three times, if not approved after that, the commission is cancelled
- It can be helpful if you want to redline my sketch to express what changes you want
- Once the sketch is approved and inking begins, no more revisions are allowed to the drawing
- Coloring and markings can be adjusted multiple times until the drawing is finished

ETA

- I have a Trello page where you can see my queue and the progress of what I'm working on
- ETAs can be provided but they are rough estimates and not guaranteed
- My goal is to complete a commission in no more than a week after the sketch is approved
- If there's a delay to my work, I will inform you
